For synthetic stone Carrier, its cumulative deformation is less, and better than high-temperature fiberglass plate.But it is easier to get the erosion of the flux, comparing to high-temperature fiberglass plate.Under WAVE SOLDER environment, both synthetic stone and high-temperature fiberglass have their own advantage and disadvantage.Until now, there is no single material which owns all advantages.  However, synthetic stone and high-temperature fiberglass plate have longer life time than FR4. 
At present, official high temperature data is above 250 degree C.

合成石治具, 其累積變形量少,略優於耐高溫玻纖板. 對於助焊劑的侵蝕則比耐高溫玻纖板劣勢. 使用於波峰焊環境中,合成石&高溫玻纖板互有優劣. 時至今日,尚未出現有集合眾家優點於一身之材質. 合成石&耐高溫玻纖板,都比FR4更俱使用壽命.目前合成石, 官方耐熱溫度數據約攝氏250度以上.
